Why are the clerks at cascade seem so rude all the time?

I think most foreign clerks are rude,,,Not sure if its the language barrier or they just plain hate their jobs...

I would love to hang up the phone and feel like I was just treated nicely! Afterall , the representative works for the book thats holding MY MONEY!

I`d LOVE to HEAR from a few Book managers? on this subject?

I`d like to hear what J Wapner says on this?

lucygoosy, you are not imagining it. I dont know why a book as good as Cascade cant get polite clerks. Its a mystery.

My feeling about Pinnacle, rude, apathetic and unappreciative. They just don't get it, they have jobs because of gamblers. They don't understand customer service and don't care to understand. The emails are un-readable and conversations on the phone are useless.

Here is an idea, your customers are english speaking, so try to learn how to speak and write in english!

Our clerks SHOULD NOT be rude to anyone and I apologize if this happened to you.
Call me to give your account number and play you made. This way, I can listen to the call and see who my rude clerks are.
This is inexcuseable and i'll do my best to rectify it.

Lenny, I really like you guys and I didnt want to make the post but I felt the thread would just be dismissed if nobody else responded. Your clerks arent intentionally rude (I hope) but they are weak in phone etiquette. Usually a clerk should not be having a non-business conversation with another employee while they are on with a customer and it would be nice if they werent eating something while talking and instead of just hanging up maybe they could say "goodbye" or something first. Love your book and vey impressed with your integrity so please know that this is a reluctant post by me. I dont want to call you because I am not comfortable with that, and I know you will speak to your staff and get this corrected.

ignorant statement at it's best. Bigotry like this should be stopped. People in costa rica may be slow, but they are not scammers, but if your looking for one, go check out a mirror.

What ticks me off about allot of these so-called Clerks, is that they will behave nicely whenever their manager/supervisor is around...and when he is not they exercise their Clerk Syndrom(power) by acting short and/or Rude especially if they know you're an American. Like we are to blame for their low wages.

The BIGGEST problem I have with clerks is after you place the wager and they confirm it they just hang-up or start talking to their co-worker.
ALL clerks in this industry should end each and EVERY call with a pleasant GOOD LUCK Sir/madam !

They do that in the REAL gambling world and offshore should be the same.

Intuition Bet - The Good Luck idea is no good. I know for a fact that A LOT of people do not like hearing this at the end of a call. In fact some books actually tell thier clerks to never say this. Strange but true.
